I have participated in online training twice a week since September 2016 first with [other trainers] and now Chelsea. All of the trainers have been great and working with them online is so convenient. Since [she is] in Arizona and I am in Pennsylvania I am able to set a schedule that works great for me. I feel stronger, healthier and can manage stress better with all of the personalized attention I have received. I tell all my fellow teleworkers to sign up and they will not be sorry.
My experience training with Chelsea has been fantastic. I am going into my 4th week of virtual training and I am loving it! I was slightly skeptical of virtual training but it has been an amazing experience and I am getting terrific results. Chelsea has an incredible depth of knowledge of training and fitness. She also has the perfect personality for motivating and encouraging you. She is great at pushing you while still making the workouts fun. I have had back issues most of my life and sit at a desk at work. She has incorporated some stretching activities and chair yoga into my daily work routine which has really paid off. Since I began training with Chelsea I have been sleeping better, have more energy, and I am able to wear some clothes that I have not worn in awhile. Her weekly check-ins are amazing and she does a great job of customizing your routine to obtain maximum results. I highly recommend her to anyone, you will have a wonderful experience and will not regret it!
Beginning of March 2020, I decided to head back to the gym. I know, perfect timing, right? At the time, I was looking for a personal trainer to improve my workout regimen and after experiencing one at that gym, I thought it was too "cookie cutter" version for me. Then due to COVID-19 restrictions, the gyms had to close and I needed to figure out a way to continue my fitness activities. As April came around, I saw Chelsea's advertisement on social media that she had started her own personal training business. I had to jump on this opportunity, because I know she can personalize my workouts. Her and I have history together in college by doing a semester-long, one-on-one personal training sessions and made amazing results.
I enjoy working with Chelsea, because she creates an easygoing atmosphere despite this whole COVID-19 situation where we meet via video chat. She is straightforward with her instructions and the video workout samples help me out tremendously during the week through the TrueCoach app. Plus, the app helps with accountability so I can keep up with the exercises. Not to mention that I can message her for any questions that I may have.
The second time around with Chelsea, my body has felt stronger and less back problems. My stomach flattened and arms toned up a bit. Now, I am planning to cancel my gym membership soon and stick with Chelsea.
Overall you are very motivating without deprecating me and I look forward to the results I feel at the end of every week. Your training is perfect especially during quarantine while gyms, schools, offices are closed but I’m also hoping to make lifelong habits with the routines you’ve given me. I feel more energy throughout each day and my clothes are actually fitting me again. I don’t have to default to leggings. I also don’t feel guilty eating what I want because I actually need it. I was really worried I’d be stuck with difficult workouts that I’m not capable of, but you listen to me & give me tailored routines for not only my abilities but also for the equipment I actually have at home. It also helps that you’re so positive and relatable!
